Payment
We accept payments through PayPal.  We will collect provincial sales tax when an item is shipped within the province of British Columbia, Canada.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking unless otherwise specified.  You will receive an email with the tracking number when the item is shipped.  Your order is shipped within 3-5 days after payment has been received. Canada Post estimates shipments will arrive within 4-6 business days in Canada and 6-10 business days to the USA with some seasonal variability. Canada Post unfortunately does not provide delivery deadline guarantees on this service.

Please note that all international orders (outside of Canada) require customs declaration. The full value of the order will be noted on the outside of the package. Any customs fees or other such fees for international orders (outside of Canada) are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Shipping to the UK, EU and Australia:  Please email  us for more information as we do ship to the UK, EU and to Australia.  Thank you.

Refunds/Returns
I personally handcraft all of my jewelry and metalwork and the non-metal items in our DogMa Boutique are my designs. I take great pride in the high quality of my work, in my designs and in my creative process. It is really important to me that you are very happy with your purchase from Finely Found Designs.

If you are not completely satisfied upon the arrival of your order with the quality of workmanship or material, you may return it in its original packaging for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges). Items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material. We accept return within 7 days of your receipt.

Please contact me for return instructions. Shipping charges will not be refunded. For your safety, I recommend that any return made to me be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. Once I have received the item(s) (in perfect condition in their original packaging) I can refund the cost of the item(s) to your account within 2 business days after we receive the item.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply and are at my discretion.  Please send us a message for return authorization before sending back the item.
